I’m working on a way to share videos now that picasa has met its maker. Conor is desperate for his own YouTube channel, so I have finally decided to help facilitate it. Now to find a way to temper his expectations of a million subscribers…
I love this video of Conor at bat. I truly love his swing.
If you see this post change it’s because I’m trying to find the right code to embed it, and I will add some more videos when I get free moments.
Conor took part in a baseball clinic at the Lowell Spinners. It included free tickets to that night’s game, so we decided to make a day of it in Lowell, and fill in the time between clinic and game with a trip to a park we have always wanted to check out as we pass on our way to a game.
Watching the pitcher to steal a base
Eoin looks good in the dugout
We got to play catch on the field before the game
We sure worked up an appetite for ice cream!
We had such a fun, full day: baseball clinic, Irish breakfast (for me!), splash park, National Park historic mills site, catch on the field, the game, the fun zone at the game, and running the bases at game end!
Conor helped Eamon buckle into Conor’s seat… Eamon wants so badly to be a big boy…
Pleased as punch
They both think the driver’s seat is the ONLY real place to be, however.
If you sit on your brother you can see over the dashboard
We found ourselves back at Spot Pond on a lovely lazy Sunday.
We squeaked into the Good Harbor beach parking lot after waiting an hour in traffic to get there. Yuck!
Eoin and Eamon loved the waves. It was hard to get Conor to stop playing catch on the beach!
This is classic Eoin
My neighbor gave me about 12 pounds of rhubarb! He has a knack to making it grow like a forest. I made a rhubarb juice that I tried out in two different cocktails. And I made two crumbles.
My favorite drink was one shot Cachaca, two shots rhubarb juice, juice of one lime, over ice
Our favorite annual event was a great beginning to June.
He’s on a roll!
I’m pretty proud of my catch too!
Eamon even reeled one in! I got an awesome video of it
School is out! Summer vacation is in full swing. It’s busy busy busy, but sometimes there are calm moments…
Trying out our new beach umbrella
Figuring out how to make a rainbow
Eamon gradually warmed up to the pool
Now on to Summer Sandlot Series!
Good job Conor!
The boys had worked hard at school to make things for Papa.
We love you, Daddy
We packed ourselves off to the beach for the day.
A lovely time at Crane Beach
Ice cream on the way home
