Raspberry Chocolate Pudding Cake

I tried a lovely new cake last week when we were invited over to our neighbors for dinner. You bake the frosting layer on the bottom of the cake and then turn it over once it’s done. Yummy.

I needed to smooth some frosting back from the sides to the middle, but otherwise it was perfectly bittersweet and moist. All the kids ate theirs.
