Pea Tendrils

We got two CSA shares yesterday. I am swapping weeks with my friend Mary while she is away this week and we are camping later in July. Our fridge is loaded with green goodness so dinner was exciting, trying out some new things. Don’t tell Dónal he ate flowers…

(He thought they looked cool, but he didn’t look that closely…)

I sautéed these pea tendrils up with butter, spring onion, garlic scapes and mushrooms. Very good. (We also had sugar snap peas from our own box, so it was a great combination.)
