Must be time for lots of baking. Let’s get ready!
We got lots done in the kitchen for today. I tried making chocolate nests with corn flakes but the chocolate was a bit wonky. Still may bring with us to Wes and Julie’s for the Easter party. But the quiches look great. I have used a different recipe the last four times. I think Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking may turn out to be the winner (thanks Camilla!), followed by the recipe in Mum’s book at home.
I got this great apron in Williams Sonoma when Conor was a teeny tiny baby. He seemed very proud to be wearing it just like his mummy.
